North Cumberland Outfitters Demo and gathering a fun time!

We had a great time meeting with the owner, his wife, and parents,
and lots of Cumberland River valley boaters at the North Cumberland Jackson
Kayak Superstore on Saturday. We started off meeting at the shop and then
headed to the Cumberland River for a demo paddle. It was COLD that morning
and windy, so most people hung out on the shore and watched as Emily, Dane,
and I goofed off in our boats. When we got back to the shop, a healthy
portion of “Low Country Boil” was prepared and we ate as we watched the 2006
Jackson Kayak Promo video and Nomads. I also gave some demonstrations and
training on how to use the Paddle Station. Classes are about to start on
the river for kayaking at the shop, so sign up now and get started or get a
refresher.
