Some people have made the river their lives, and some of those people
live for more than just themselves. Those who bring the river experience to
others so that their lives are also enriched are special people. Phil
Boyer is that man. A veteran guide on the Grand Canyon and in Chile’,
Phil’s self-education of the big picture surrounding the river experience
makes him a wealth of knowledge and stories. He is welcome in any
kayaker’s campfire conversation. He makes his living in two seasons and the
other two seasons are spent spending his hard earned river money paddling
the creeks of Western USA. As a member of the Jackson Kayak Creek Team,
Phil will get to bring his incredible skills, experience, and love for the
river to a creek near you.

I have had the pleasure of being lead around the high sierra’s by Phil and
his professional guiding passion and skills make him a top choice for anyone
who cares about safety, a good time, exploring a new run, and learning
something along the way.
