The Jackson�s and Nick are back in Lyon, and the water levels are awesome for the Hawaii sur Rhone wave!

Just what the doctor ordered. We make a big trip back from Venice, and when we get to the Rhone River I look at the normal put in and say, �The water is way down from last time.� It looked way down because the warm up wave was gone. Then the kids sprinted down to the river and gave me the thumbs up; the water is way UP from last time and the warm-up wave is flushed out! We never got dressed so fast as we did that moment, throwing the boats off the car and running to the river. It was Saturday morning and we were the only ones there!!!! I did an abbreviated warm up and hit the wave and was hooting and hollering, enjoying our gift of the river goddess. Nick was simply in hog heaven and asked, �do we have to leave or can we stay all day?� We surfed as hard as we could for a few hours before getting too hungry and too tired to do as well as before, so we took a lunch break and came back for another two hours. We brought the camera and took turns taking photos until the battery died (I forgot to charge it).

Here are the photos from our second from last time on the wave. (It is Sunday morning and we just ate breakfast and will be on the water again in 30 minutes for our final French big wave surfing action!)
