Born in southern California, Joe has always had a Passion for Water and outdoor activities. He started Kayak fishing in 2019 in Suffolk Virginia. Since then it has become a passion. As a United States Service Member Joe has been able to compete in his Local trails North Virginia Kayak Bass Association and Virginia Kayak Trail fueling his passion for tournament fishing. He also competes at the National level learning and gaining experience.
