I am an avid kayak angler primarily targeting inshore saltwater species such as Redfish, Speckled Sea Trout and Flounder as well as Largemouth Bass in freshwater.  With close proximity to some of the best bass lakes in Texas as well as the productive inshore flats and bays along the Texas coast, I can be found both exploring, competing and working alongside conservation and industry partners in the kayak, fishing and retail industries.  As a kayak and tournament angler, targeting specific species takes a level of commitment and a desire to learn and adapt to many different conditions while out on the water.  As a conservation minded angler, and a member of FlatsWorthy and CCA, I also enjoy working industry events alongside my sponsors and friends allowing me to continually meet new people from within the industry, and those just beginning their journey.

I am also an avid writer / contributor for multiple outdoor publications and blogs while enjoying being able to share knowledge learned while documenting my progression and personal growth as an angler.  Having the ability to help educate and bring new people into the sports of kayaking and kayak fishing has been a rewarding experience.  While competing in kayak tournaments over the last few years with multiple top ten finishes, I consistently use my time on the water to learn, document and improve as an angler.  One of the most rewarding parts of being out on the water is being outside and enjoying nature while sharing these moments with future anglers, friends and family.
