What can you say about a kayak shop that starts in
late May of 2004 and is tied for the number one dealer in the USA in their
first year? Kudos to Colin Kemp and Valley Mill for proving that they
know what’s up. A very individual approach is key to their success,
the top kayak school on the Potomac is perfect for their feeder business,
and the one of the biggest kids kayaking camps in the history of the world
is the kicker, Valley Mill Camp! Colin turned Andy Bridge’s old
slalom boat shop into a beautiful store that is only 15 minutes from the
river and even better, he goes to the river and brings boats for people
to try! Put all of that together and you have an awesome shop run by a
guy who really loves what he does…. Putting kayakers in Jackson
Kayak’s.
