just wanted to let you know how impressed with the customer service at jackson kayak. i ordered a sweet cheeks seat on thursday morning, noticed it was shipped within hours of the order, was in my mailbox saturday morning, and i my boat minutes later. it was super easy to install and adjust and raised my seating position exactly to where i wanted it to be. it is very comfortable, and helped to dial in the rest of the outfitting. thanks for the quick respose to the order and quality product, keep up the good work.
