Lyon’s update : Incredible big water levels by Will Richardson | Apr 22, 2008 | Whitewater | 0 comments Photos By YoYo It rained for 3 days last week, making the levels grow on Friday taking them up to 2200 mcu. The average level of the Rhône in Lyon is about 600 mcu. The wave is called “The Ramp” at this level, (which is a pretty cool wave) and on your right there’s a really big trashy hole (haha). In some cases you can catch the wave from the eddy at the side. Otherwise you have to portage to catch the wave. But in all, it was so awesome. I am so proud of my Superstar, I really enjoyed to paddle the boat because of its high speed, big air, and safe design like the other JK boats…Wow!!! I really enjoyed my weekend, paddling about 20 hours in 3 days. So sweet! Thanks JK for making such a good boat!!! video coming soon.
