Mission: Fannys TATOOS and french stop signs

Well its been a week and a half here in Chambly. A beautiful little town in Montreal Quebec. We are staying with Fanny is a JK paddler along with her Boy Toy Sebastien. Sebs about the neatest person I have ever met. you should see is cupboards. Actually I’ll send a photo its pretty sick. We should ban housework all together. Eccept the part where we get to eat sweet food. Anyway, Fanny and SeB get home every Day, the come home pile all their gear on and bolt for the River its pretty cool. Fanny and Seb work at the Pratt and Whitney plant they make airplane motors. Seb manages the floor and Fanny designs the gear boxes and stuff. She’s a brainiac with wicked Tattoos. They got a sweet pad and 2 cats that don’t shed. However I am still getting an elergic reaction anyway. Its cool cause it makes my eye wrikles go away but then I look kinda beat up… OH and The night we got here their cat had kittens, 4 of them I got pics of them too. The weather has been super Cold here, but then this week is getting up to the 20ºC mark thats 68ºf for Clay Wright aka the “Romulizer” and the rest of the Americano’s reading this. Its been awsome, the wave is huge, if you have been watching the videos you can see that Nick Troutman is killing this spot, so by the end of the comp it will more than likely be dead. Joel and Katie Kowalski are doign really well the Wife is sticking donkeyflips. I keep claiming them on shore, “I taught her that”. Knowbody listens though.. All in all the JK croud are doing great. My french is not doing so well, I told someone yesterday I said, “I love tired”. My wife, busted out laughing and pointing along with the bag boy and the lady at the till. This guy came up and had 2 conversations with us about boating I think. Never got a word in edgewise. The GPS is not working well here, I’ve been putting in RUE for RD this and french stuff is jsut not working so much. And I am being honest with you here…. I have never seen a french plated car stop at a stop sign. NEVER. I do just to make a point I stop at all of them, and I get honked at. YA HONKED AT for stopping at a stop sign. My english translator on the computer said that stop in french means ARRET to so I know I am not blowing it.

My day consists of editing video footage, deleting photos of Kelsey Thompson writing changes for my book, due out in 6 weeks and “LIFE AFTER KAYAK SCHOOL”. Its Pretty awsome. OH and each morning the only person in the house that is not a JK paddler, (Kelsey Thompson) HE gets the special privleage of being woken up every morning by me the same Way.. SEE PHOTO for details…
