Jackson Kayak employee becomes new regional Team Member

Congrats to Justin Owen!

Cookville TN local and JK employee Justin Owen is taking his new kayak skills to Fayetteville WV for the summer. If his amazing progression in both freestyle and creeking over this winter is any indication he’ll probably be making waves on the streams of WV as well as the rest of the SE sometime soon. Justin has an intense passion for kayaking that sends him to the river daily – be it hiking around his ‘backyard’ to look for new drops or those before and after work play session he’s become infamous for around the Jackson plant. It’s great to see a local boater trained by our own JK staff – Brad, Goat and Tom – take the sport so quickly and we all wish him well on his fresh pursuits as a Fayetteville local boater this summer.
