This past weekend was the 2009 . Hundreds of kayakers showed up to demo Jackson Kayaks from Tony Palmer owner of Undercurrents paddling store. Tony’s entire JK Demo fleet was on the water including the Dynamic Duo all weekend long! This year had many clinics for Beginners and Intermediates looking to improve their skills riverrunning and playboating. All of the clinics were booked solid and was so successful that the Kanfest organizers plan for even more clinics in 2010 bringing more kayakers to learn new skills on the water. The weather was great with sunny skies and great temperatures for the Alberta Rockies.

I was able to get in the New 2010 Super Star and hit a Clean Blunt on my first attempt and was totally amazed how easy it was to stick the move at my weight of 195 lbs. I also got into the Dynamic Duo and had a blast surfing holes and waves. Thanks for making such great kayaks!
