“I just want to say thanks to all the people that work at Jackson Kayaks. I have never had such great customer service working with boat manufactures as I have all of you. Every boat that we have received has been fully functional and Ready to go. I can honestly say that is not the norm in the industry. One year I had over 15 boats show up that were either not fully assembled or the edges of the cuts were left so sharp they cut customers while wet exiting. Jackson boats rock and so does the staff.
