Rock Star in Action, Big waves, Big tricks, Big Fun!

Dane, Joel, and I had a blast surfing some of Quebec’s largest waves these past two weeks while competing at the Whitewater Grand Prix.

It was a great to get on some of these huge waves to truly see the new Rock Star‘s potential for air time. There is no question that the boat goes huge, and I think we are just starting to tap into it’s potential. I feel two weeks wasn’t quite enough, having more moves I still want to try. I was hoping to get to try some more double airscrews, but that will have to wait ’till next time. We were able to try some new combos, I was working on the ‘Airscrew to Helix’ and Dane dialed in the ‘Airscrew to Helix’.
