Getting the hang of it! Max in his Fun 1!

Max is very excited about his Fun1 and even when we’re not on the water he likes to wash it with his smiley-face Jackson sponge! He’s still not quite four and he’s never paddled his own boat before, so there’s a lot to learn. To complicate things more, he broke his foot and had a cast on for a month, but thankfully he got a waterproof cast and could still practice his paddling moves. Because he’s so new at this, I wanted to be sure he was comfortable with the feel of the boat rocking and even rolling. To that end we’ve had him flip it a couple of times. We’ve been having a lot of fun, and now that the cast is off we’ll be out even more!
