Presidents Day 2013 Boondoggle-KARS Park Merritt Island, FL

Fire ant bites on day 1, rain, cold, and stubborn fish….but I would do it all over again. Nothing can break the bonds of new friendships made or hanging out with old friends. The Presidents Day 2013 Boondoggle at KARS Park Merritt Island, FL, and I’m sure most would agree, was a monumental success. There were too many people involved with the planning up to and during the event for me to try to list with fear of missing someone. I would like give a special thanks, however, to Jackson Kayaks for producing great boats such as the Big Tuna which enable me to fish conditions such as what were encountered at this event. Through wind, rain, and cold. the Big Tuna provided me with safety and comfort on the water. Here are just a few of my pictures from the event.
