Sometimes fishing and hunting shows can be a lot of hype and not deliver all that’s promised. For the Fred Hall Shows in SoCal, this is not the case. The Fred Hall shows will be held in Long Beach at the Long Beach Convention Center from March 5th-9th and at the Del Mar Fairgrounds in Del Mar from March 27th-30th.

The Long Beach show is poised to break all kinds of attendance records and you should go to! This is the premier show on the West Coast for anybody who loves the outdoors. Whether you fish freshwater, saltwater, fly fish, hunt, boat, whatever it is you enjoy doing, there’s something for you. All of the biggest names in the industry will be there showing the public their newest products. From rods and reels to hard baits and soft plastics, shooting sports, boat manufacturers to kayaks, optics and sunglasses, log rolling, lumberjack tournaments, g and a trout pond for the kids, there is something to make a trip to the show worth your while.

This year, Jackson Kayak’s own Drew Gregory and Jim Sammons will be giving free seminars for kayak fishing in fresh and saltwater! Couple that with seminars from sport boat captains and successful fisherman from salt and freshwater sharing their knowledge of our fisheries, you would be missing out if you didn’t go.

In addition to the informative seminars, vendors are having their biggest sales of the year! If you were waiting to buy some new gear, this is where you should shop before you look anywhere else.
