Is it Spring Yet?

I don’t know about the rest of you but I’m ready for some warm weather and cruising redfish on the flats. We’ve had an unusually cold winter this year along the Texas Gulf Coast and this was our first week of warmer weather in quite a while. I headed out this weekend to see if I could run across some early spring redfish in the marsh but I think I’m getting ahead of myself. Low tides and high winds spoiled my plans but it was nice to get out and paddle anyway. Spring is always tough fishing here along the Texas Gulf Coast due to the high winds but I’m confident I’ll be on some fish soon with the help of my Cuda 12 and Cuda 14.
