3 Week Review: classic southeast dam releases by Boyd Ruppelt | May 16, 2014 | 2014 Karma Unlimited, Karma Unlimited, United States, Whitewater | 0 comments While most of us think about the quality rain-fed streams throughout the southeast, we have to remember to appreciate the hard work and consistent efforts by American Whitewater Association. This April there were more dam release options than nearly any month I can remember, the Cascades, Tallulah, Green, Cheoah, and West Fork of the Tuck just to name a few. While I wasn’t privileged to enjoy them all this month, I did manage to enjoy a few. This is a compilation of some of my favorite moments creeking this month in my Karma and Karma UL.
