This year’s GoPro Games will be another big one.  GoPro is stepping up the heat with bigger sponsorship, and the water is cooperating with an amazing high water week.

Today we spend the day at Homestake, where I captured Nick and Dane training in their Karma’s with my Hero 3+ and DJI Phantom.

We just got into downtown Vail after that and are scoping out the Freestyle Hole and the Downriver Race Course (and 8 ball cage).    I am hoping to get some freestyle and downriver training in today!

Extreme Race at Homestake to start on Thursday- highest water we have ever seen for the race that I can remember in my 10 years here…
