Moving to the Southeast by dianegaydos | Sep 5, 2014 | Whitewater | 0 comments Well, I guess it’s official. I am now a southeasterner. I recently moved from California to Knoxville, Tennessee and have been enjoying exploring my new surroundings! So far, I have had a chance to try out many of the local dam release runs, including the Cascades of the Nantahala, the Ocoee, the Cheoah, the West Fork of the Tuck, and of course the classic Green River Narrows. Everyone I’ve met out here so far has been very friendly and willing to paddle! Thanks to Sam Voigt for these great photos! I’m looking forward to a fantastic couple of years out here! ~Diane Gaydos Submit a Comment Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
