Exploring City Limits by ericboyd | Jun 30, 2017 | Fishing, Internationalisation, United States | 0 comments I enjoy exploring. Every now and then I find somewhere close to home that I never realized was there. Last week was such an experience. A new park has been established within the city limits of a local town. There is a small river that flows through the edge of town and I know this drainage is home to smallmouth bass. I decided to explore and I was pleased to find quite a few willing smallmouth bass inhabiting various river features along the park’s borders. I don’t believe these fish had ever seen a lure. I caught a few fish and they fought hard, unwilling to give up! Whether you enjoy fishing, or hiking, or climbing…whatever it may be; don’t be afraid to explore close to home. You may be surprised at what you find. I know I was! Submit a Comment Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
