Feather Festival by Cameron O'Connor | Sep 29, 2018 | Event Coverage, Events, Video, Whitewater, Wrap Ups | 0 comments Feather River Festival is bar far one of my favorite events! This year I had the pleasure of racing the class V Tobin Race on the North Fork Feather River. My favorite thing about racing a fun creek section such as this is comparing my times from past races. Last year there was more water, so the race lines were a little more strait forward. This means race times were faster and smoother. At last Feather Fest I had a time of 14mins and 52 seconds(14:52). This time put me in 14th place. This year I felt really good with my race lap, and I had a time of 15:09, this time landed me in 10th place! I could not be more happy with my results, and I’m looking forward next years event!
