Awesome day at Black Creek Outfitters by Drew Gregory | Feb 27, 2011 | Coosa, Fishing | 1 comment Had a great day at one of our newest Florida dealers, Black Creek Outfitters, in Jacksonville, FL. Joe, Clark and staff were excellent and I was able to get on the water (which is conveniently on site) to demo the Coosa with several individuals who stopped by. I especially had a good chat with a couple local guys, James and Scott, who seemed to be about as pumped about the Coosa as I am. Several members of the staff and I had a great time walking through the Coosa so I bet if any customer goes into Black Creek any time soon wanting to know the ins and outs of the Coosa, they have it down pretty good. They have an energetic friendly staff at BCO for sure! Best part is I got to spend a few hours on the water in the morning with well known northeast FL kayak fishing personality John Stewart (JohnYaxJax) and Steve (SteveFishes). Both great fellas to hit the water with and hey, and I’m not just saying that because they put me on a few sea trout and flounder! That whole group is First Class!! Really enjoyed meeting you after MANY emails and PMs and phone calls, and I am happy that we were able to put you onto some fish!! Good to hear you yell “Fish On!!” and congrats on picking up so quickly on the “swampwater salt fishing” there at Guana Lake!! Hope those pix that I took of you came out OK…?
