The All Water is on its way to the mold maker! by Will Richardson | Jan 16, 2009 | All Water Rec, Recreational/Touring | 0 comments As of the 15th of January, the plugs for the All Water 9 and All Water 10 have both been sent to the mold maker and are on time for a scheduled shipping of mid to late March to our dealers! Here are some pictures of the plugs to wet the whistle… they were taken just before we packed them up. We are super excited about this kayak and what it means to the kayaking community. This boat is going to be the perfect solution for everyone from newbies paddling their first strokes, to veteran experts that want a performance kayak for multi-day/multi-class excursions… This boat was designed for “All Water” conditions. Whitewater, flatwater, ocean paddling… you name it, the All Water is the boat that literally does it “All”. For flat water paddlers, it’s got a spring loaded drop down skeg to keep you paddling straight as an arrow and a very stable platform to really grow your confidence. In addition it’s got a super fast hull for those looking to paddle distances. For those looking to camp one night or even do multi days, there is a sealed bulkhead and hatch in the rear that will allow one to bring enough gear for multiple evenings and a max weight limit that won’t force you to bring “just the essentials”. The All Waters will have all the comforts and performance that defines a Jackson Kayak. We are building these boats with our world class “Boat Armor” outfitting as well as “Sweet Cheeks”, the most comfy seating in the industry. Expect this kayak to be THE choice for the person that needs a kayak that does it all. It rolls with tremendous ease, it surfs like a champ, paddles with great efficiency in flatwater and bottom line like all things Jackson Kayak… it opens one up to a world of tremendous amount of fun! Marty and EJ… All Water 10, looking sweet! Final tweakes before sending to the mold maker!
