SUP Rock Island

SUP (Stand Up Paddle boarding) is growing in popularity. Though it is still pretty new for rivers. Dane and myself started this summer on the Ottawa, and a bit here in Rock Island in the Fall.

Last week, the weather was a perfect 80 degrees, and we took out our boards. It is super fun, you can surf the smallest waves and it make class 2-3 whitewater much more difficult.
