2008- EJ's Strokes and Concepts DVD is a wrap!

After spending weeks in Costa Rica filming and Nick Troutman spending months editing and going over it with me, we have wrapped up the 2008 version of my Strokes and Concepts DVD. 20 additional minutes of instruction in this version, and all totally re-shot and improved over my 2001 version! I am very excited to introduce this video, which is easily one of the most important aspects of paddling you can focus on to improve your skills and knowledge.

The video stars the Hero kayak, EJ, Emily, Dane, Nick, Ruth, Mario, Jessie, and Jud. It was filmed primarily in Costa Rica.
