I wanted to drop you a quick note and let you know what a great learning
and fun experience I had at the women’s clinic with Ruth and Emily at
Paddlefest last weekend. Its unbelievable to me that I was able to get a 4
hour clinic from the best women kayakers in the world. Why more women
didn’t take advantage of this terrific opportunity is beyond me.
Ruth is a fantastic instructor and your daughter is quite a lady as well.

I can’t wait until our daughter Maddie is old enough to experience your
ladies passion for paddling and life.

Last weekend at Paddlefest I took the Intro to Playboating with Ben Guska

and Jesse Combs. I can’t believe how much I learned in a 4 hour clinic.
Ben and Jesse were both awesome instructors and outstanding representatives
for Jackson Kayak. Of note, Ben turned me on to Team River Runner for
Wounded Veterans. I can’t wait to assist these wounded veterans in their
trip to Salida, post-FIBARK.

As much as I love my All Star and Rocker, I think I appreciate your
company’s dedication to the sport and family more.
