Matt Trucks’s New Custom Color Jackson Cuda Maiden Voyage by Matthew Trucks | May 11, 2012 | Cuda, Fishing, JK Team Posts, Reviews | 0 comments Took my new cuda to the raritan river today right near my house. I must say nice boat to paddle. The seat is incredibly comfortable. Tried standing on the boat. Stood up no problem but a lil shaky for the first time. Something to get used to! Cuda Maiden Voyage Raritan River So far I love the Cuda! It is much higher seating even when the seat is in the low position. Theres 2-3 inches between my butt and the deck. No more wet seat area! Plus im used to a boat that im sitting below the water line. This boat your way up. Im pretty sure it will be a very dry boat in the saltwater. Cuda floating in the river The boat paddles great, nice and fast and tracks well without the rudder. The rudder system is decent! Tested out the rod stagers and they work well. Nice for the low tree limbs that your rods get snagged on while upright. I must say the boat is very fish able out of the factory. Still need a front rod holder system for trolling for bass. Matt Trucks and His new Jackson The maiden voyage was great. I have a good idea for rigging options now and will need to do it quick as Jamaica Bay Tournament is upon us.
