China Kayak Trip: video

China was an eye opening experience for me for sure. It wasn’t exactly what I thought, and it isn’t the Communist atmosphere  I expected. Though it was a lot of fun and people were extremely happy to see us and so excited to show us around their rivers. The whitewater is easy access and tons of it, with hundreds of kilometers of roadside access, big water and pool drop rapids it gives up huge wave potential, and I personally can’t wait to go back. The only down side is there is lots of travel to get there, though it isn’t much of a downside if you love to travel.
