Currents – Episode 5: The Ottawa River

Currents – Episode 5 – The Ottawa River focuses on the ‘Keener’s’ youth program on the Ottawa River.  Not only does this program focus on creating some of the best kayakers in the world, but it also works towards creating lifelong river ambassadors. With Jackson kayak team members and teachers like Eric Jackson, Stephen Wright, and Nick Troutman and graduates like Rafa Ortiz and Joel Kowalski, it is obvious that the program is working to shape the people who are there to not only paddle these rivers, but stand up for them.
