Lauren Burress has some personal firsts

Hey Guys,

I got my first passport! It is so cool to think that I can now paddle out of the country. I must say we have some awesome spots here, but how cool it will be to paddle somewhere different. I have had a lot of firsts lately. I flew in a airplane for the first time for the Junior Olympics, I won my first Junior Olympics also; I went to camp for the first time ever with Jez, actually I got to do 5 clinics at 5 camps in 6 days. I was tired but it was so much fun and Jez is awesome. I also had a story done on me in the AW magazine that is also a first. American Whitewater is awesome and everyone needs to become a member. We always renew our membership at Gauley Festival which I can’t wait to go to. This will be my 2nd year.
