Moosefest Party Rocks!

This was my first Moosefest. In case you haven’t been,
it’s total blast! Imagine a smaller Gauleyfest inside a huge conference
hall, sweet deals to be had, lots of awesome boating within an hour, and
tons of cool people! All the manufacturers were there with demos, videos,
pics, fun games, and more. I had a blast hanging with Northern Outfitters,
a very cool Jackson Kayak superstore. It was also great to see Shane Benedict,
John Mason: Mr. Mountain Surf, the Riot Crew, Bryon Dorr of Fluid, Matt
Hamilton with Pyranha, Karen Roy and the Wavesport clan, and lots of other
awesome boaters and industry reps. We had a blast, but were exhausted
from a long day surfing the best wave in the Northern US, Inner City Strife
so we left around midnight. Look for an update with tons of Inner City
pics next–this is seriously one of the best waves in the world!
