I took a few photos of the guys at work last week. I don’t have the
whole staff represented here, sorry about that, but you can get an idea of
what we have going for us.

I walked on a Monday morning four weeks ago and said, “We are doubling
production, starting today.” The week will end when we have made the
required amount of boats for the week and I gave anyone who only wanted to
work 40 hours per week the opportunity to do so. However, 100% of the
staff raised their hands and said that they were “All IN”, which is a poker
term for putting 100% of your chips in the pot and betting it all. Well, it
is four weeks later and they got the job done! We blew our backlog out of
the water, had our record shipping week last week (all time high!) and can
now say to you, the customer…” Order it today, and we will promise it to
you in three weeks or less.” The reality is even better! We will likely
get it out the door in less than a week! We promise three weeks so that
we don’t let you down if something goes wrong.

It took days until 9:30 pm, Friday nights until 7:30pm, early mornings, and
a break neck pace all day everyday. The guys had a get ‘er done attitude
and even when they got super tired, they kept the winning attitude of a team
that was not going to stop until the job was done right.
