Learn more about Nick. April 4, 2006 Hey EJ, How are you doing? I’m pretty good up here in Canada. The ice is starting to melt, and since the ottawa was at an in between level, us 582 boys (joel, deuce, and I) decided to go to Chambly on Sunday. Its on the other side of Montréal, if you didn’t know. It was a good little road trip, and the wave was pretty good too. It was just good to get back on the water. This was my first time, since Africa. The wave was around corner wave size. We could blunt, back stab, panam, airscrew, and helix, but had to be careful because it was pretty shallow. We paddled for just over 4 hours, and then headed back home. When we got home we checked the level (at 10:30 at night) with a flashlight, and buseater was in. I’ll send another update about that soon. I hope everything is good back in Rock Island. Nick Submit a Comment Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
