Tony is a mergers and Acquisitions lawyer in DC, and put Jackson Kayak
together with my partner and I. His firm Piper Rudnick Gray Cary in DC
handles much more complex businesses than Jackson Kayak, but it is nice
knowing you have a million or so horsepower to back you up if needed. More
importantly, Tony was able to make Jackson Kayak on paper, exactly what we
wanted it to be in our heads and hearts for the long term. That is what a
