Ottawa River still at Spring Flows!!

The Ottawa River is still holding at medium spring flows and the
eddy lines have been small if not at all. I guess a lot of paddlers
are not out yet this year or paddling other rivers with the
sustainable flows we have been experiencing these past few weeks.
