10 Year Old Team JK Member, Lauren Burress Gets Her New Hero!

I got this email from Lauren today…

Hey EJ,

My Mom and me came to Rock Island on Thursday to pick up my new Pink
Hero. I am using the Hero for this season as my creek boat and it is a
great boat. It feels way different to paddle than my Fun 1 and I am
practicing catching eddies. I get a good work out paddling it. This boat
is fast and is easy to bridge the gaps in. We got to see some of the
Jackson crew at the plant which was fun. A special Thanks goes out to
them for staying over and putting a new backband in my Dad’s boat. We
headed over to the Tellico on Saturday to practice paddling my Hero and
I couldn’t wait to run Baby Falls and Bald River Falls in it. We had a
great day, my favorite part was running Bald River Falls in my new Pink
Hero. Here are some pictures of me in my new boat. I can’t wait to try
out the Punk Rocker.
