Greeting from Idaho! It is still cold and frozen in Idaho but spring will be here soon. I just finished presenting my Dare to Kayak program Boise Boy Scout Pack #127, the Catholic School I attended in elementary school, St. Stans, and Grangeville Elementary School. All the kids were great but they wished we could go paddling. We opted for our next best option, kayak sledding! We all had a blast watching the video, writing quotes on how to avoid drugs, and sledding in JK! There were so many great quotes shared during the week but one of my new favorites is

Drugs
Are
Really (the)
Enemy…go kayaking!

Looking forward to spring run off and on water training for Worlds on the Ottawa River! In the meantime I think I will head back to the sledding hill.
