Hotel Charley 2 drops into Hood River

This was another great showing of Hotel Charley 2. John Hart of The Shed put together a great venue and band for after the show. A lot of local kayakers and community members came out to support kayaking and the show. John gave Ben and me a great introduction and the crowd was excited to get to the action. I thanked John Hart and River City Grill for having the show and Ben gave a great introduction to the film. The Hood River crew is made of full on creekers and they really enjoyed the big drops and challenges on the river. Of course Ramon Ramirez, the Colombian guitar player, is always a big hit with all the crowds. After the show a really good band played that seamlessly transitioned between several cool genres of music and we danced the night away with a really fun crowd.
