Toby's Surf Fest '07 - Jackson Kayak

Sorry that it took me a month to get this up, but here’s some photos from Toby’s Surf Fest in Bodega Bay, California. To kick-off our trip up to Skook, Jessica and I joined Toby Ebbens (last name might not be spelled correctly…sorry) and 30 or 40 fellow Reno kayakers in Bodega Bay for a weekend of ocean surfing! This was only my second time with a kayak in the ocean, so I was psyched to enjoy the unique experience. Camping with a blast with more than 10 other dogs for Black Dog to run around with in the sand, and home-cooked meals with friends. Waves were between 5 and 8 feet out in the deep zone, so it was great fun all around!
