MOVEMBER at Penrith Whitewater Stadium

So for those who are living under a rock, Movember is an annual month-long event involving the growing of moustaches during the month of November. The event originates from down here in Oz. Go Australia!

At the start of Movember guys register with a clean shaven face. The Movember participants known as Mo Bros then have the remainder of the month to grow and groom their moustache and along the way raise as much money and awareness about male health issues as possible and throwing out some good Karma. Basically a way to have a month of quotes such as,

“Negative Ghost Rider, the pattern is full,” and “I love Lamp,” and of cause “Meow boy, license and registration.”

So for the past month kayakers and raft guides at the Penrith Whitewater Stadium have been have been growing Mo’s. Some good, most not so good! However if you were to go for a boat at the Penrith Whitewater Stadium during the month of Movember you would be boating back in time as the 70’s Mo’s took over. Bow-chick-a-wow-wow.
