Ever wonder how businesses are tempted by China to bail on their homeland and send jobs to them? Here is my standard response, every time I get a letter like this

We have sold quite a few boats into China already, trying to balance the trade deficit with them, but haven’t found the big fish yet. I hope that kayaking becomes the new favorite pastime for China and we are the suppliers! Until then, I’ll keep turning their requests back on them. No way we are going to lay off our own people to save a few bucks. What we build today needs to work tomorrow too. If Anna decides to sell JK in China, I’ll let you know!
