I had the opportunity to get on one of the best runs on the east
coast yesterday: the Raven Fork! This was sweet revenge for me, as my
last trip to Cherokee resulted in hiking all the way in, then all the
way out to the take out after forgetting my sprayskirts–good
times….. Anyway, we had a great time paddling with Adriene, Judd,
Craig, Clay, EJ, and Dane at a great level. This creek seemed like
someone had taken california and dropped it into a canyon in NC.
GREAT TIMES! After looking at Big Boy for 10 minutes and deciding
that I was definitely capable of making the line every time, I bravely
ran away. Next time for sure!
