I just woke up tired and very sore from a long day on the Upper Middle Cosumnes yesterday. I hat a pretty good crash at V-Slide rapid that threw me into the right wall. You’ll all enjoy the gopro footage of my carped roll afterwards once I get my footage edited. It was the lowest level I’ve been there yet, but still way fun: probably 240 cfs. I don’t think that I’d go much lower than that, as the manky stuff got more abusive and there were a few more hits than normal. It was another beautiful sierra run with Luke, Darin, and Daniel. Enjoy more photos from Darin, who’s ninja photographic skills always seem to put me to shame. The Villain S continues to rock my world. I can’t wait to get the production boat in Crosslink, which feels WAY smoother over rocks.
