This winter has been crazy for me, starting public high school and enduring all the responsibilities that come with it. Although my family and I are residing in Stanley, North Dakota I’ve still been cross training for Worlds. Track is the seasonal sport right now, I run about 2-4 miles a day, and then spend about an hour in the weights room 5 days a week. I run mid-distance which is the 400m & 800m dash. (1&2 laps around the track) I will be getting in the pool more starting this week, and will post further updates on that.
Cant wait for June!
