Chasing Smallies

Several years ago, I developed an enjoyment for chasing Smallmouth Bass in some of my local rivers. I was limited to wading and this has it limitations. Most of the land along the rivers is private property. I could only access the rivers by state parks, even then I was limited to where I could go due to the depth of the water in some places.

In late 2010 I learned about the Coosa from Drew Gregory. It wasn’t until June of last year that I was able to purchase a Coosa locally. Since my purchase, I have been able to get out and fish more rivers in the constant chase of Smallmouth Bass or just sit back and enjoy the views.
