Wesley’s 2020 Rain Gauge Report

These spread sheets are data from my rain gauge I have installed at my house in Elizabethton, TN. It’s a true nerdy rain gauge measuring precipitation to the nearest 1/100th of an inch.

2020 has been an ordeal in many ways for may of us. Trying to find bright spots in the year are challenging at best. However, when I totaled up my rain gauge report for the year I was delighted to see that we were showered with blessings of rain during 2020 for more paddling opportunities! This is the highest recorded amount of annual rainfall by several inches that I have reported since 2013 when I started tracking daily rain amounts.
