Surf Betsy Podcast Update

Surf Betsy is an effort several years in the making to research the potential development for a whitewater park in Elizabethton, TN on the Doe and Watauga Rivers.

The Phase-1 draft proposal prepared by River Restorations recently has generated great interest for the project by the Surf Betsy Advisory Board and the local media.
