New Playboating Bible with new ICF freestyle moves by Jezz | Oct 24, 2019 | Australia, Internationalisation, Playboating, Whitewater, Whitewater Feature, WW Disciplines | 2 comments So the ICF have slightly changed the definitions of a few moves and with footage from the Argentina world championships, the playboating bible defines some of these moves. We go through some of the definitions and show the moves in real time and in slow motion so you can have a better understanding of what these moves are. Within freestyle, moves are constantly changing, being adapted and linking into other moves and is why changes have to be made to keep up to date with the recent changes that athletes are making around the world. So sit back and educate yourself on what the moves are with the updated Playboating Bible. Thanks to the athletes for showcasing these awesome moves and we will see you at the next World Championships. Jez 2 Comments Grey Edens on November 4, 2019 at 4:55 pm Thanks for making this jezz!
