West Mountain Drifters: The Voorhees Brothers by alecvoorhees | Oct 21, 2018 | Creeking, Internationalisation, United States, Whitewater, WW Disciplines | 1 comment Ever since I can remember, myself and my brothers have always been immersed in the river life, thanks to our parents. My dad has been an avid paddler for 30+ years, and his dream was to paddle with his boys. Fast forward 21 years, myself, Hayden, and Connor have had unforgettable experiences on the river all around the world, and the background of paddling in Idaho, specifically the North Fork of the Payette, has been the perfect training ground. West Mountain Drifters produced a little documentary piece of us, talking about our mindset of paddling, an afternoon of filming on the North Fork, and teaching at Kelly’s Whitewater Park in Cascade, Idaho. If you don’t know about the Kelly’s Academy program, I have a couple blog posts on the JK website from the past few years. Pretty happy with this video, and big shout out to Will Bales for the video and filming. You can check it out on youtube: or on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Westmountaindrifters/videos/168803630714602/UzpfSTEwMDAwMTMzNTI3MjQ1MToxODc1NjE2MjY5MTU5NTMx/?notif_id=1539444169034591¬if_t=feedback_reaction_generic Hope you like the video, and let me know what you think!
